Bookings
To get tickets, you can go directly to our booking page, by clicking here. There, you can select the number of participants, a date and a time for available tours. Just after payment completion, you will receive an email with all the relevant information.
Please, make sure to be able to show this email (printed or on your smartphone) to our staff so they can welcome you on board.
Alternatively, you can also make a booking through phone, at 0033 1 84 60 61 00, during our opening hours.
As long as we have available seats, you can buy tickets on board with cash or credit card just before the departure.
However, please note that if the internet booking page shows no available seats for a particular tour, you won’t find any for sale on board either.
For all adults, one seat is 39 euros. For children (aged 2 to 11yo), one seat is 23 euros.
For big families of 2 adults and 2 children or more, the child seat will cost 16 euros.
For groups of 10 pax or more, an automatic 10% discount applies when booking on the website.

For regulatory and safety reasons, children must be at least 2 years old to get onboard.
Acces to the vehicle could be denied if you come with a baby. This is for safety and regulatory reasons.
You can cancel or modify your booking anytime, directly from within your confirmation email or by calling during business hours at 0033 1 84 60 61 00.
- Beware that we will not be able issue a refund if you cancel your booking less that 24 hours prior to the departure.
- A 50% refund is due if you cancel your tour between 24h and 72h before departure.
- A 100% refund is due if you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure.(Beware though : 2 euros are kept by our payment provider when processing the refund).
Note that for special event with big groups (companies, private events etc) this refund policy does not apply. The refund policy that applies specifically is specified on the quotation.

Note that within this timeframe, a voucher stays valid if the person that uses it cancels his booking more than 72 hours before their tour departure.
Boarding
The departure location for your tour will be reminded in the confirmation email for your booking.
BEWARE, depending on the time of the year, our departure (and return) location is subject to change. It can either be "Place Jacques Rueff - 75007" or "Place Vauban - 75007".

Please, note that passengers are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their tour departure.
Nope, sorry! The boarding and unboarding only happens at the departure location of your tour.
We assign seats to everyone. This way, we can ensure that you will seat next to the people of the group you are coming with.
However, under certain circumstances, for balancing reasons on the water, we might have to request from you that you change seat.
This is for us to have time to check everyone’s booking confirmation email , choose seats for everyone, install child booster seats etc, so we can go on time !
Preparing your tour
After a booking is made online or through phone, a confirmation email is sent to you.
This confirmation email is your ticket. You can either print it and bring it with you or show it straight from your phone when you get on board.

The visit lasts 1h45 to 2h: it is advisable to have been to the toilets before. There are public toilets near "Place Jacques Rueff" but there is often a big queue. Please plan ahead to be on time for boarding!

In autumn and spring, we advise passengers to wear something quite warm though to take into account the fact that the bus is completely open on its sides.
During the winter season, when it gets too cold, we close our windows + the bus is heated : the temperature remains suprisingly good ! Small blankets are also provided.
Yes! At our departure location, a van from our company is parked just for this purpose.
During the tour
Depending on trafic, the tour lasts 1h40 to 2h, with 20 to 20 minutes spent on the river.
Yes, of course! Our guides are actors that put on a show. They are a big part of the experience !

Tours are given by our live guides in French and in English at the same time.
For groups above a certain size or for private bookings, we can offer other languages. Please, contact us in a timely manner so we can prepare ourselves.

On the road, you will get to enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the Alexander III bridge, the Little Palace and the Big Palace, the Champs-Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe.
We’ll then take you for the big splash at the “île de Monsieur”, around the new “Seine Musicale” of the “île de Seguin”. This is in th Hauts-de-Seine department.
We'll then drive along the banks to come back to our departure point.

Safety
Yes ! Our vehicle is considered both as a coach and as a passenger boat. As such, it was heavily tested to meet all most recent relevant road and river safety standards.
Yes, we have one for each passenger.
In addition, the guide and the captain are periodically trained on safety protocols in case of emergency.

Masks are available on board for every passenger to wear.
When boarding, passengers are required to wash their hands using the hydroalcoholic lotion our guides will offer.
When on the road (or on the river!), the bus is fully open on its sides for good airflow purposes.
Every night, when Marcel, our favorite amphibious, goes back to its warehouse, we clean it thoroughly inside and out !
Vehicle accessibility
Sadly, due to contradictory road and river regulations, we can’t allow people with a wheelchair on board just yet.
It is a very important matter for us, in part because several people backing Les Canards de Paris are disabled people. The company is working toward getting an approval by the administration to accommodate an in-house innovative technical solution.
